Emerald Forest

This four-unit complex reimagines traditional cottage architecture through a modern material and formal palette. Brick, stucco, steep pitched roofs, curved metal awnings, and mullioned windows establish a familiar yet contemporary character. Inside, warm wood floors and softly curved fireplaces, windows, and openings introduce a gentle, cohesive sense of flow.

The architect of record for this project is Col-lab Studio, with Design OFC providing design consultation throughout the development.
